The back case is opened using specific tooling. These tools are specially designed to engage any special grooves and notches in the case back without causing unwanted damage to your watch.
We only use SWISS made batteries for all battery replacements. SWISS Made batteries ensure maximum reliability and offer long service life. They are also less likely to leak compared to other cheaper batteries.
The watch is resealed from where it is opened with a special silicone grease. Water resistance pressure testing is available as an optional service.
