Babla's Reward Points Programme

 

To thank you for being a valued Babla's customer we are offering you 5 points for every pound you spend with us. Any points earned are available to spend on future purchases 3 days after the qualifying transaction has been made.

Value of points

E.g. £100 of purchases you would earn 500 reward points

Terms and Conditions

Registering for the rewards programme means you are in acceptance of these rules. 

1) Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2) Sale items are not elligible to earn points.

3) All reward points are subject to availability.

4) If we suspect fraud or misconduct points may be cancelled or reversed.

5) Points have a validity of 730 calendar dates from the qualifying transaction, after which they will expire.

6) Points have no monetary value if we decide to close the Reward points programme. 

7) We may change the redeemable value of points without notice.

8) Redeemed points cannot be used again. If a transaction on which points are issued or redeemed is cancelled, reversed or not completed, we will reverse the associated points movement.

9) Points cannot be applied retrospectively to any order. 

10) Points earnt through a purchase are active 3 calendar days after the qualifying transaction. 

11) Points can only be earned, held, transferred or redeemed as set out in these terms. Any other use, award, sale, exchange or transfer of points, or attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these terms. Any reward points not earned and held in accordance with these rules will be invalid and cannot be redeemed for rewards. Any such reward points will be deducted and we may take other appropriate action. 

12) Reward points cannot be earned or used on special order items, watch repairs or instore purchases. 

Returns

If an item is bought using only reward points or a mix of reward points and other payment methods and then returned for a refund the refund will be issued firstly by crediting the rewards points and then with any monies outstanding refunded by the initial payment method.

If you have been awared reward points on a purchase and then use them on a following purchase but then return the initial purchase for a refund, your refund will be given minus the reward points used on the second purchase.
