WATCH REPAIRS
Please note: Due to refurbishment work, from 6th November 09 until further notice, we are unable to accept watch repairs into our workshop. In addition to this we will not be able to respond to enquiries regarding watch repairs or watch parts, unless in relation to a repair already carried out or in progress.
We offer a professional repair service on premises for all watches, including:
RADO, GUCCI, OMEGA, RAYMOND WEIL, LONGINES, CARTIER, cK, TISSOT, BREITLING, MAURICE LACROIX, FOSSIL, DKNY,CASIO etc.
All services are carried out by swiss qualified watchmakers and with the use of professional tools. We can carry out any repair, and stock a variety of original parts for all watches. This enables us to offer a fast, efficient service.

Obtaining an estimate
We are unable to provide estimates or answer any queries without assessment of the watch.
If you would like to send your watch to us for assessment, please read the guidelines for sendingyour watch to us which can be found here. Should the estimate not be accepted only a return postage charge of £5.95 will be charged.

We offer free estimates for the service requirements of the watch. Once your watch is in our possession, the watchmaker examines the watch for necessary repairs, and you the customer are given a estimate by the chosen method of contact. If approval is given, then the repair/service is carried out, otherwise the watch is returned by insured carrier on payment of postage charges.
When a service of a watch is taken , each component, each part is taken apart to assess any damage to the parts and original replacement parts are ordered if needed. to see an exploded diagram of a mechanical watch giving you an idea of different parts a watch consists of.
