How can I obtain an estimate?
We offer free estimates for any work required to a watch. Once your watch is in our possession, you will receive a notification to say we have received it. At the next stage the watchmaker examines the watch for any necessary repairs. You are then contacted by email with an estimate. If approval is given the repair/service is carried out, otherwise the watch is returned by insured carrier. You will only be required to pay the return postage and packaging charge.
Sending your watch to us
If you would like to send your watch to us for assessment, please read the guidelines below.
Please enclose a completed version of the watch repair form with your watch, which can be found here. This will give us useful contact details and details of services required. We recommend using Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' (within UK) when sending your watch. This is the insured carrier we will use when returning your watch. For more information please visit the Royal Mail website. Please note that by sending your watch to us, you are in acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Useful packaging guidelines:
Please do not send original presentation box or packaging, as this will cost more in return postage due to its weight. All watches should be carefully packed to avoid damage. Bubble wrapping and a jiffy bag offer good protection when the watch is in transit.
The process after we have received your watch
We will notify you by email that we have received your watch. After your watch has been assessed by our watchmaker, we will email you with an estimate. Estimates are free of charge, however if you do not accept the estimate we will only charge you for return postage.
Payment for repairs can be completed by most major credit/debit cards via an online payment link, which will be sent to you by email once the work has been completed. Watches can only be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
