Returns and Exchanges

Extended Christmas Returns

We've found that many of our customers like to order Christmas presents early so we've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season.

Items purchased from us and dispatched from 1st November 2016 until 21st December 2016 may be returned up until Friday 13th January 2017. 
 

Easy Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. It is our aim to offer you value, quality and above all personal and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods within 30 days from the date of delivery, unused, with original packaging together with proof of purchase (copy of your invoice).

1. Please ensure items are adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. If packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to offer a refund less cost of damage, or decline the refund. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects before they are dispatched. This refund policy does not apply to items personalised, ordered specially for you, or made to your specification, unless they are faulty.

2. Please note spare parts, such as straps, bracelets, crowns are not covered by a guarantee.

3. If you decide to return any items, the amount refunded will be less the postage and packaging charge. This is also applicable to items with free postage and packaging. For larger items e.g. large clocks, the amounted refunded will be less the actual cost of postage.This does not apply to faulty items.

4. We recommend that insured post is used to return unwanted items, as we cannot be held responsible for any items not received by us.

5. Returns from outside the UK, must be correctly declared and labelled as "returns" on the outside of the parcel. Customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount if parcels are incorrectly labelled.

6. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation or receipt. We reserve the right to give a refund less an administration fee for returns received outside the returns period, or returns received without a copy of the invoice received with the order.

Exchange item

We currently do not offer an exchange on orders placed. The order can be returned in accordance with our returns policy for a refund. A new order then can be placed for the required item.

Wrong item received

For any shortages or items received which are incorrect, please contact us using our enquiry form within 3 working days from the date of delivery. The product will be replaced or we will issue a refund when the product is returned in a unused condition with original box (if applicable) and packaging.

Faulty Item

Please note any shortages or items received damaged/faulty, please contact us using our enquiry form within 3 working days from the date of delivery. The product will be replaced or we will issue a refund when the product is returned in a unused condition with original box and packaging.

A refund will not be offered if faults due to deliberate damage or misuse. If product is found to be in full working order, used, or damaged, we reserve the right to return the goods back to you at your cost.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all return postage charges unless a new item is faulty. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you.
