Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We've found that many of our customers like to order Christmas presents early so we've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season.
Items purchased from Bablas.co.uk and dispatched during the period from 7th November 2009 to 31st December 2009 inclusive may be returned at any time before 9th January 2010. However, please note that our returns policy will revert to the standard 14-day period for items purchased after 31st December 2009.

Items marked "In Stock" are usually delivered next day by Royal Mail Special Delivery if the order is placed before 12.00 P.M Mon - Fri and if Next Day Delivery is selected at checkout (£5.95). Next Day delivery is FREE for orders above £99.99. Orders are processed and despatched on working days only and when courier services are in operation.
Saturday delivery is dependant on your postal area. This does not apply to any specially ordered items.
Orders of the value of £49.99 or below the option of recorded delivery is available (£2.95). Recorded delivery is free for orders above the value of £49.99. Orders dispatched via Recorded delivery are usually received within 1-3 days, however it may take up to 15 days. For orders below the value of £99.99, Next day delivery is available at a cost of £5.95.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from the Babla.co.uk. It is our aim to offer you value, quality and above all personal and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods within 14 working days from the day of delivery, unused, with their original packaging together with proof of purchase. Please ensure items are adequately packed to prevent damage in transit. If packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to offer a refund less cost of damage, or decline the refund. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects before they are dispatched.
This refund policy does not apply to items personalised, ordered specially for you or made to your specification, unless they are faulty.
If you decide to return any item(s), the amount refunded will be less the postage and packaging charge of £5.95. This is also applicable to items with free postage and packaging. For larger items e.g. large clocks, the amounted refunded will be less the actual cost of postage. This does not apply to faulty items. We recommend that insured post is used to return unwanted items, as Babla's will not be held responsible for any items not received by us.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
We reserve the right to give a refund less an administration fee of £10.00 for returns received outside the returns period, or returns received without a copy of the 'Sales Receipt' received with the order.
Returns of Faulty Goods:
If you have received a faulty product, please contact our customer service line within 3 working days from the date of delivery. The product will be replaced or refund your money when the product is in 'as new' condition and returned with original box and packaging. A refund will not be offered if faults due to deliberate damage or misuse. If product is found to be in full working order, or the above case, we reserve the right to return the goods to you with a £10.00 administration charge.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return postage charges. Babla's will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you.
